Load a photograph to inspect supported metadata fields such as camera model, exposure settings, capture time and location where available. Sensitive GPS fields are hidden by default.
When should you use it?
EXIF is metadata that may be embedded by cameras and smartphones. Not all images have the same fields, and exported or edited files may have their metadata stripped. Treat GPS and timestamps as potentially sensitive.
How the conversion works
Choose an image and inspect its available properties. You can search the reported fields, show or hide sensitive location information and export a JSON or CSV report.

Frequently asked questions
Does every image contain EXIF?
No. Screenshots, graphics, and images edited by other applications may contain little or no EXIF data.
Does the tool upload my photo?
No photo upload is required. Metadata is inspected locally in your browser.
Why is location hidden?
Camera location fields can disclose where an image was taken. GPS details are hidden until you explicitly allow them.
